We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer, a team worker who will be in charge of implementing the Fundraising strategy through the use of digital technology. It is a great opportunity for people with strong communication and technical skills who are experts in fundraising field.


About the Role

The Digital Marketing Officer ensures the following goals are reached:

  1. setting up a strategy and managing sponsored lead generation and digital fundraising activities;
  2. setting up strategy and managing activities to acquire new regular and one-off donors on the digital channel;
  3. monitoring the performance of the different activities/channels;
  4. identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions to improve fundraising results.


About You

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer with the following characteristics:


  1. University degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Communication, fundraising or Digital Marketing master degree is an asset.


  1. At least three years of postgraduate professional experience in marketing or fundraising sector with similar tasks, preferably in an international organization;
  2. proven experience in managing online fundraising and engagement programs by executing effective strategies and techniques via email, website promotions, and other digital channels.

Technical skills and knowledge

  1. Excellent knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, CRM techniques and platforms;
  2. Strong knowledge of list building principles and strategies;
  3. Strong knowledge of Google tools (e.g. Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), Google Ads, Facebook Ads and the main ADV platforms, strong knowledge of UX principles; of principles and best practices of Fundraising ed Engagement.
  4. Excellent knowledge of the dynamics of the main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube).

  4. Communications and influencing: ability to communicate consistent messages with integrity and gain commitment from different audiences;
  5. Innovation: ability to generate ideas that create value and improve processes.
